Great question, and an important one too. To get paid, you need to connect your Stripe account to OnJam. This goes for all payments: ticket sales, merchandise or physical goods, or tips.
If you or your organisation don't have a Stripe account, don't worry! It's easy and painless to set up. It will take you roughly 3-5 minutes, and you can connect it to your bank account.
To set up a Stripe account:
Register for an account with Stripe: https://dashboard.stripe.com/register
Follow the instructions to create your account and link your bank account.
To connect your (or your organisation's) Stripe account to OnJam:
Log in to your Artist Account and go to your Dashboard
Click on 'Settings' and then 'Payment settings'
You will see a prompt next to the words 'Stripe Connect'. Click the button that says 'Enable'
